March continues to a be a great success for Judo Academy and NI Pathway members.
University of Ulster hosted the Irish intervarsity C'ships at the Foyle Arena on Saturday 2nd March. The university circuit is a very competitive and challenging arena for players to compete in. This can extend to British University Championships and World Student Games if selected.
A magnificent effort from Ewan achieved 2 silver medals for his team.
Ewan has been tireless and relentless in his pursuit of success this year, never missing a training session, travelling across the country to practice with new partners and attending as many events as possible. He manages this with his university education and apprenticeship.
Ewan is a valued member of The Judo Academy, the NI Pathway Squad and University of Ulster Squad. Ewan's next event is the Commonwealth Championship's in Malta, where he will represent Northern Ireland, ably coached by his father John.
We have no doubt that Ewan will continue to succeed in whatever he puts his mind to!
